Military

Includes all active, reservist, veteran and retired military personnel.

* The spouses and dependents of active personnel from the same household are also eligible.

First Responders

Includes Firefighters, Law Enforcement, Search and Rescue, EMT’s, Medical Doctors, and Licensed Nurses.

How is my discount applied?

Shop biciel.ca to choose your eBike. Next, confirm your eligibility by contacting our service team via 'Chat with us' or by sending an email to support@biciel.com. Once your eligibility is verified, you will receive a discount code that can be applied during checkout.
