The BC E-Bike Rebate Program is scheduled to end on Feb 29, 2024. We hope for a renewal in the spring, but confirmation from the Province of British Columbia is pending. We will communicate any updates as soon as we have more information.
To ensure that every customer receives the rebate they applied for, we kindly request all transactions to be completed on or before February 15, 2024. This includes the purchase, receipt of the e-bike, and completion of the online claim by that date.
Customers who receive approval emails should be aware that they must purchase in-stock e-bikes. Ordering an e-bike without a guaranteed on-time delivery date carries the risk of not receiving a rebate.
It's important to note that BC E-bike Rebate Team will not be granting further extensions to current customers (those who received approval emails prior to Jan 1, 2024) due to the approaching deadline. These customers still have two months to complete their transactions, and even those with e-bikes on order should not face challenges in meeting the deadline.
IMPORTANT: Remember that customers seeking a rebate cannot purchase the e-bike before receiving their approval email.
